Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using Assistrio's website, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you use Assistrio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Assistrio provides a hosted platform to create and manage AI support agents for websites, including knowledge base training, embeddable chat widgets, conversation management, lead capture, analytics, and workspace administration. Features may change over time as we improve the product.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your workspace, including actions by team members you invite.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or suspected compromise.
• You are responsible for configuring agents, allowed domains, data retention settings, and customer-facing disclosures on your properties.

• Paid plans, add-ons, and AI credit purchases are billed according to the plan and billing period you select.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
• You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the current paid period.
• Prices, taxes, and features may change with notice where required. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which states that paid amounts are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by Assistrio.

We may offer a free trial with limited features or usage. Trial terms, duration, and eligibility are shown at signup. When a trial ends, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using paid features, or your access may be limited or suspended.

Certain features consume AI credits or require paid add-ons. Credits and add-ons are subject to the limits and pricing displayed in the product. Unused credits may expire or not roll over depending on plan rules shown at purchase. One-time credit top-ups and activated add-ons are non-refundable as described in our Refund Policy.

You agree not to misuse Assistrio. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Uploading malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Attempting to bypass security, rate limits, or usage controls.
• Reverse engineering or scraping the service except as allowed by law.
• Using agents to harass, deceive, or impersonate others without consent.
• Processing sensitive regulated data without appropriate authority and safeguards.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform or other customers.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Assistrio a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service, including operating AI features you enable.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to your content and that it does not infringe others' rights. You are responsible for notices and consents required for visitor chats and data collection on your sites.

Assistrio does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. Agents reflect your configuration and knowledge sources; we do not guarantee accuracy, outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect availability. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

Assistrio and its licensors own the platform, brand, software, and documentation, excluding your content. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our service except as expressly permitted.

You may stop using Assistrio at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, non-payment, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, subject to surviving provisions and applicable data retention practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Assistrio and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising from the service will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts you paid to Assistrio in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

You will defend and indemnify Assistrio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page. Material changes may be notified by email or in-product message. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country of residence.
